Lone Frank<\/h2>\n

is a journalist and author with a Ph.D. in neurobiology\u00a0and a background in research.<\/p>\n

As a staff writer at Weekendavisen, Denmark\u2019s leading newspaper, she is Denmark\u2019s most distinguished science writer and a well-known voice in debates about science, technology and society. She is widely invited as a public speaker in and outside of Denmark.<\/p>\n

Lone Frank has written for leading international publications such as\u00a0Science, Nature Biotechnology, New Scientist and Newsweek and she regularly\u00a0appears as a commentator on\u00a0Danish radio and television. She has written and presented several science documentaries and has a weekly one hour radio show about science and culture – ’24 questions for the professor’.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image media=”66060″ media_width_percent=”100″][vc_column_text]At present, Lone Frank has published three books in English<\/a>:<\/p>\n

All have\u00a0won\u00a0critical\u00a0acclaim and some have been translated into several languages.\u00a0Lone Frank has won numerous awards for her\u00a0writing, among them European\u00a0Science Writer\u2019s Award and\u00a0The AAAS Kavli Science Journalism Award.\u00a0She lives in Copenhagen[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
